How to Order
- Select your event date in the booking calendar (Green is available. Red is unavailable)
- Fill required fields and hit book now
- In checkout fill in all required fields
- Select delivery or pick up option
- Select chosen payment
- Read and agree to terms and conditions
- Complete your order
- Party Time!

- Select your event date in the booking calendar (Green are available dates. Red means the product is already booked and is unavailable)
- Fill in all required fields
- Hit the book now button
- Product will be added to your cart
- Calendar will switch your date to red and the view cart button will pop up at the top of your product
- Navigate to checkout via this button or via the top right of the screen (webpage) or drop down menu (mobile)
- Proceed to Checkout
- If you have a gift voucher or code select the “Have a coupon code box?” at the top of your screen to apply the coupon.
- Fill out all required information. Be sure to include both the date and time.
- Fill out delivery to a different address if this is different from your billing address. Untick the blue box to the left of the “Delivery to a different address?” If this does not apply.
- Scroll down to the “Your Order” section. This is where you can select to have your item delivered to your event location or if you would like to pick your item/s up from our studio located in Golden Square. If you are unable to select local pickup this means one or more items in your cart is a delivery only item. Delivery only items can be identified by reading the product description.
- Select and fill out your chosen payment method.
- Make sure you have read and ticked that you agree to our terms and conditions.
- Place your order.
- You should then arrive at the successful order screen and be provided with an order number and pick up details (If applicable)
- You will also receive both an invoice and an order confirmation email. If you do not receive these please check your spam/junk folder and then get in contact with us. Please read your order confirmation carefully to ensure that you are aware of all relevant information.
Location
Our studio is located within Golden Square. Upon completion of your order the address will appear on the your browser screen. You will also receive an email upon completion of your order, this email will contain all the details regarding the collection of your order. If you have not received this email please contact us as soon as possible.
