Couples often ask about these topics… but we can discuss anything to do with weddings—I’m here to help so don’t limit yourself to just these ideas, and keep in mind, we can cover several topics in one session!
The “secret sauce” that allows me to give you better, more impactful advice that’s very specific to your situation and needs is what I’ve called a “Comprehensive Wedding Planning Review”.
This is NOT mandatory, and you can choose to opt-out, just let me know.
The reason being, I’ve found that not all couples feel comfortable with me digging into everything they’ve got planned (if you had something you had your heart set on but I can’t see any possible way for it to work, I’d have to tell you why I can’t see it panning out, and that can be uncomfortable.)
But if (like most couples) you’re comfortable doing this, it will pay off tenfold as I’m able to go over everything you’ve done and plan on doing, searching for things that won’t work, could be done a little better, where massive opportunities lie, and if you’re heading full-speed towards a massive mistake!
Again, totally up to you if you don’t want me to pull everything apart, but it will be the most effective way to help. Think of it like a doctor diagnosing a patient before prescribing something!
What is the “Wedding Planning Package”, and what exactly does it do?
Imagine your dream wedding come true, but it’s far better than you imagined it would be, it’s worlds apart from other weddings you’ve been to, and your guests are both surprised and amazed at how well you pulled it off.
From the day you book me, everything is done-for-you which gives you hundreds of hours back, but you’ll still get to enjoy the fun decisions and experiences of planning with your partner.
Some couples worry about planners who steamroll their vision—you don’t have to (if anything, I work with you to enhance your ideas), and, you’re still in the driver seat: I need to get your approval on all decisions I make so you always have total control.
Most surprisingly, this package can be booked very affordably (or even free) thanks to cost saving methods and my industry know-how, with few if any compromises, all while staying within your set budget (I can take the time with you to draw up plans and explain how I can cover most or even all of my costs, please ask if you’d like to know.)
Extensive experience in this industry means I’ve seen a lot and can help you in areas like styling, entertainment options and ideas, catering, coordination on-the-day (and weeks leading up), and so much more—you name it, it’s very likely I can help.
This is your session, designed to bring you the solution you’re after. If you’re not sure I’d be able to help, send me a DM on my socials or an email and I’ll let you know!

Regional Victoria and Moama—if you’re getting married in these locations my help will be most applicable and helpful to you!
You and everyone else should settle for nothing but the very best for your wedding day based on what you’ve got to work with!
In one sentence, here’s what I believe every wedding SHOULD and SHOULDN’T be about:
This means you should be going into your big day feeling energised, and anxious (the excited type!) when it comes to everything you’re about to enjoy and experience, not as managers but as the guests of honour.
You’re able to enjoy being fully present in the moment with your guests and each other, having the most amount of time possible to speak with everyone, without needing to plan, think, and problem solve as you’ve got someone else managing everything for you, and guiding your day at every step.
You SHOULDN’T be going into your big day feeling overwhelmed, running off fumes because you’ve got that “week-long” type of stress a good night of sleep doesn’t fix, and the feeling of anxiety and worry for the 18 hours that lie ahead where you know you’ll be fixated on problems and needing to find everything wrong with your wedding in an attempt to make it run more smoothly, which makes it difficult to properly enjoy and appreciate your big day because you’re stuck having to make decisions and needing to think 5 steps ahead.
You shouldn’t have that overly “busy”, frantic, uncomfortable feeling that’s always in the back of your mind because you’re managing everything and have the heavy weight of responsibility on your shoulders for how everything turns out, and that sinking feeling in your stomach every time you hear your a notification from your phone, or worse: a call coming through…
Here’s how I believe the perfect guest experience goes down…
Your guests should feel looked after, spoiled, and that they’ve been thought about, stepping into your wedding thinking “this is so them!”. They feel comfortable at all times, in the know, they don’t have to make any effort, and they’re always being guided towards the most interesting, entertaining, and engaging moments so they enjoy their experience.
And unlike many weddings, they’re so glad that you’re able to spend a lot of time with them, and that you’re able to catch up with not just a few people, but everyone (especially your close family and friends you’ve not been able to see in so long that dearly miss you).
To top the guest experience off, there’s always at least one “Unique Surprise” crafted for the wedding—it’s always a special moment designed to evoke an emotional experience that makes their jaws drop, or have them saying or thinking “Wow!”.
Fireworks, heart-felt notes, the bridal party making unexpected performances, think of these unique surprises as extra special personalisation elements.
A wedding is very special: it’s a one-off event and a massive investment, so it only makes sense that everyone gets to enjoy the very best experience.

Hello! My name is Ella (in case you don’t know my name yet)!
If you’d like a better idea of who I am outside of my work as a professional wedding planner and stylist, you’ll probably find me clocking up the k’s with my run club, planning my next trip to Lorne (or somewhere sunny!), taking day trips or hikes whenever I can find the time, seeking out the dance floor at any and all events (and the dessert table haha) or cuddled up with my dog Theo on the couch watching a chick flick.
If you’re more of a visual person like me, this gallery should give you a better idea so feel free to click through and have a bit of a squiz!
I’m sometimes told (even in the first 10 minutes) how a Studio Experience wedding consultation feels like a “bridal therapy session”, where the bride-to-be has immediately de-stressed about the whole planning thing, and the pressure of the big day.
Couples wish they booked sooner! It’s always interesting when I hear how a couple has spent weeks sitting on the fence, wondering if they should book, and if it would be a waste of time, or just some kind of sales pitch. By the end of the meeting they’re telling me how they wished they booked sooner, and regret that they didn’t—understandably so, because it often means they missed out on guidance for a critical decision they had to make!
The whole wedding planning thing is very draining, and decision fatigue is real, which tends to take the spark out of the experience. I’ve also had a few sessions where couples tell me afterwards how they have a renewed excitement and interest in their wedding planning, and can’t wait for their big day!
Here’s what happens when you enter your details and submit your booking:
There will be no sales pressure, guaranteed. It’s 100% advice. I know what it’s like getting stuck in a sales situation and I wouldn’t force it upon anyone because it’s yuck!
That said and to be transparent, I sometimes get clients through Studio Experiences, but it’s only if the couple bring up the idea of us potentially working together.
I use these sessions to continue to help me understand what couples are wanting which helps me develop future services, content I create for socials, and improvements to packages (everything you share is completely confidential!).
So to be clear: I only talk about my Wedding Planning and Wedding Styling packages if you bring it up by saying you’d like to know more about them. That means you won’t be hearing any kind of pitch or presentation about my premium services unless you ask.
If you were looking to explore my paid services in-depth, send me a DM asking to book a “Service Fit Call” – that’s where we can find out if it makes sense for us to work together.
You may be able to relate with this experience I sometimes have which is relevant to the above: What I’ll do is Google a complex topic to death, spending hours or even days, trying to find answers to the problems I have, which ends up making me very frustrated.
Then at some point, I decide it’s best to get off my phone or laptop and just go see the health professional, or go to the store directly, or speak directly with an expert, and they immediately and very accurately explain what’s going on, getting right to the heart of the issue.
It’s made me realise that spending too long on Google often just confuses me and overwhelms me with too many ideas to the point I don’t know what to do and sometimes I’m worse off.
Wedding planning is exactly like that when it comes to getting answers, but ten or even a hundred times more complex. In other words, it’s going to be extremely frustrating it if you’re relying on Google, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, and other mediums.
The fastest, most direct route is talking to a professional—especially when they can give personalised insights.
Self-guided research may even put you down the wrong track so you’re focusing on the wrong thing.
A Studio Experience wedding consult will make sure you get what you’re after, fast, and you’ll be confident in the answers you get as they’re backed by industry knowledge.
Congratulations! Now is the perfect time to book a Studio Experience!
It will point you in the right direction for where to focus on from the very start (I recommend asking for a Weddings 101 when you book).
That way, you’re investing time and money in the right places, and you’re laying the foundation to take the right steps from very beginning.
How exciting!
Even if you’re weeks (or days) away, I’d be happy to give you a final checkover. That said, I WON’T alarm you by bringing up anything you cannot change.
If you feel like you’re forgetting something, this is a great way to get rid of that feeling, and help you find your options if you are.
Totally okay! These are all about solving your problems. If anything, a simple review letting other couples know how much it helped you is plenty enough and really helps me out, or, if you didn’t feel it was good enough, let me know where I need to improve so I can make the changes.
So please do book even if you don’t intend to buy, you’re more than welcome, your feedback will be very appreciated and matters a whole lot more than you think (seriously)!
